Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and with all tags attached)
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label

Return Shipping

For returns due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items that are not in their original condition

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
