We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping. We believe in making our products accessible to everyone!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.

During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. All items will be shipped using the same shipping method you selected at checkout.
